Full build service from end to end including landscaping surplus soil to fit arenas into their surroundings.  Using of only the best quality materials allows us to acheive a top quality finish that will stand the test of time.

The site is levelled and drains formed  before covering with a clean hard stone drainage layer.  Here the site had been levelled with hard core before the drains were added

Clean stone is also used behind the kicking boards for support

Once The drainage layer of clean hard stone has been installed a 650 gsm non woven geotextile membrane is laid to provide a free draining separation layer between the surface and the drainage stone.

The surface is layed evenly over the membrane using modern machinery and the depth monitored by laser level to ensure consistency

Fencing is added to the required specification, all post concreted into place to prevent movement later on.

Once the surface is laid evenly it is rolled tight to give compacted finish

The rolled surface is graded with an Andrews Bowen Arenamate or trackmaster to provide a consistent surface for the horses to work on whether on an arena, gallop or racetrack.
